By submitting an intake form, you consent to having your information shared with one or more partner law firms investigating the relevant data breach. Submitting an intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Data Breach Watch does not guarantee that any law firm will contact you or accept your case. Any legal engagement is solely between you and the law firm.

Partner law firms accessing leads through our platform agree to:

• Handle all lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Not resell or redistribute lead information to third parties
• Maintain appropriate data security measures
• Comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct

Lead pricing, allocation, and delivery are subject to the terms of your partner agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of breach information. Breach reports are based on publicly available information and may not reflect the full scope of any incident.

BreachBrief analysis is generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify important details with official sources and consult a qualified attorney for legal decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Breach Watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on breach information, AI-generated analysis, or legal referrals.

All content, design, and technology of the Service are owned by Data Breach Watch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission. Breach data derived from public sources remains in the public domain.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may unsubscribe from alerts at any time through your Email Preferences page.
