The company confirmed unauthorized access to its systems and has since enlisted a cybersecurity firm to assist with the incident. This breach primarily affects downstream corporate employers and health plans as TPSC operates as a business associate.
The compromised data types include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and health information, such as treatment and claims data. An estimated 19,775 individuals were impacted by this breach. Notices were mailed to affected individuals starting September 15, 2025. Specific numbers indicate 112 Montanans were affected, as reported by the Montana Department of Justice.
