A threat actor claimed to have breached Terra West Management Services, a Las Vegas, Nevada-based management group, and its subsidiary, Battle Born Recovery Solutions (KMDO), on April 24, 2026. The actor claims to have extracted 50.52 GB of data, primarily from the years 2018 to 2021.
The allegedly compromised data includes full corporate and personal financial statements, tax returns, K-1 forms, bank statements, reconciliations, trust documents, and surety bonds. It also includes scanned identification documents, large PST email archives, high-level identifying and financial information of the main owners, financial and operational details of multiple affiliated companies, FID Non Depository license applications and organizational charts, guardian life insurance loans, and hundreds of legal templates for foreclosure, liens, and debt collection processes. There is no official confirmation of this breach from Terra West Management Services or any regulatory body. Because the breach has only been reported by a third party, the number of individuals affected has not been confirmed.
Details about data breaches can emerge later, and official notices may be delayed.
