Quatrro Business Support Services, now known as ContinuServe, reported a data breach that involved unauthorized access to its files from November 11 to November 19, 2025. The company discovered this access on December 7, 2025. Files affected were identified on February 25, 2026, and notification letters to consumers began being mailed on March 23, 2026.
The breach compromised various types of sensitive personal information, including names, Social Security numbers (SSNs), driver's license numbers, passport numbers, payment card numbers, financial account numbers, and health insurance policy numbers. While a small number of affected individuals have been reported in Maine (2), Massachusetts (11), and New Hampshire (5), the total nationwide count of affected individuals has not been publicly disclosed.
Attorneys are investigating this incident with the potential for a class action lawsuit. Quatrro began notifying affected individuals on March 23, 2026, and offered complimentary credit monitoring services.
