Pedigo Products, Inc., a Vancouver, Washington-based manufacturer of medical and healthcare equipment, suffered a cyberattack after an organized cybercrime group known as Interlock breached its corporate network. The unauthorized intrusion began around July 2026, leading to a ransomware attack launched on September 15, 2026. The incident came to light following a breach notification submitted to the Massachusetts Attorney General and written notices sent to impacted individuals on October 22, 2026.
Information compromised in the breach included names, addresses, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers, alongside financial information claimed by the extortion group. Interlock alleged it exfiltrated approximately 1.3 terabytes of data from the company's network. The exact number of affected individuals has not been publicly confirmed by the company or regulatory authorities.
Pedigo Products reported shutting down affected systems, retaining third-party forensic specialists and outside legal counsel, and contacting federal law enforcement. The company offered 24 months of identity protection services to notified individuals. Additional details regarding total victim counts and the full scope of compromised records may emerge as regulatory filings continue.
