The breach exposed data for approximately 146,000 individuals. Affected data types include names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, genders, government-issued IDs, health insurance information, and Medicaid IDs. While health insurance and Medicaid IDs were exposed, no SSN or financial data has been confirmed as compromised. The breach affected individuals across all 50 U.S. states.
