An unauthorized party accessed a limited part of the network between April 26 and 28, 2026, and downloaded files containing personal data. WCR began notifying affected individuals on June 26, 2026, and posted a Notice of Data Privacy Event on its website.
This incident is reported to have affected approximately 135,000 patients and employees. The types of data exposed include names, addresses, dates of birth, contact information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, health insurance information, medical record numbers, diagnosis/condition, lab results, treating physician, and sensitive medical images.
