Terra West Management Services, a management group based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and its subsidiary, Battle Born Recovery Solutions (KMDO), reportedly experienced a technical breach. A threat actor stated they breached the companies' internal infrastructure, extracting approximately 50.52 GB of data contained within 3,081 files. The breach primarily involved data from 2018 to 2021. The threat actor is attempting to sell this data for $600. The full range of individuals affected has not been publicly confirmed.
The compromised data reportedly includes full corporate and personal financial statements, tax returns, K-1 forms, bank statements, reconciliations, trust documents, and surety bonds. Also included were scanned identification documents, large PST email archives, and high-level identifying and financial information of the main owners, which includes details about trusts, profit distributions, and personal loans. Financial and operational details of multiple affiliated companies, FID Non Depository license applications, organizational charts, Guardian life insurance loans, and hundreds of legal templates for foreclosure, liens, and debt collection processes were also reportedly compromised.
