Savvy Hawk, a Miami-based IT service provider, suffered a ransomware attack by the Akira group. The incident was disclosed on March 20, 2026, when a post appeared on a leak site threatening to release 941 GB of stolen corporate data.
The attackers claim the stolen data includes detailed employee personal information, passports, driver's licenses, SSNs, medical records, HR files, client credit card information, financials, contracts, and agreements. The number of affected individuals is not yet publicly known.
