Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC), an insurance program administrator, experienced a data breach between February 16 and February 19, 2025. This incident involved unauthorized third-party access to a limited part of ISC’s environment. ISC reported the incident to federal law enforcement and engaged external cybersecurity experts to assist with the investigation and remediation.
Approximately 90,000 individuals had their personal information exposed in this breach. The exposed data includes names, Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, biometric data, medical information (Protected Health Information or PHI), addresses, and financial information. ISC has offered credit monitoring and identity protection services through Cyberscout to affected individuals. The breach affected individuals in multiple states, including Texas, California, Montana, Massachusetts, and Indiana.
