Informa Exhibitions U.S. Construction and Real Estate, Inc., other Informa U.S. entities, and Informa TechTarget ("Informa") experienced a data breach that occurred between August 11, 2025, and August 18, 2025. The company discovered the breach on February 13, 2026, and reported it to the Maine Attorney General.
The breach affected a total of 5,959 individuals, including 23 Maine residents. The compromised data types include names and other personal identifiers. It is unclear if financial, medical, or Social Security number data was involved. Informa provided written notifications to consumers starting January 2, 2026, and offered 24 months of complimentary credit monitoring and fraud protection services.
