Income Property Management (IPM), a property management firm, discovered unauthorized activity on its network on December 22, 2024. Files were taken on or around January 29, 2025. The review of affected files was completed on December 4, 2025, and public notification occurred on March 26-27, 2026.
The breach involved data such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, alien registration numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, health insurance provider names and ID numbers, and medical conditions. The number of affected individuals has not been publicly disclosed. IPM primarily manages properties in Oregon and Washington.
