Florida Physician Specialists experienced an external system breach via hacking that occurred between November 27-29, 2025. The company discovered the breach in late November 2025 and completed its internal investigation on April 6, 2026. The Maine Attorney General was notified on April 25, 2026.
The breach exposed personal data including names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, other government-issued identification numbers, financial account information, credit/debit card numbers, medical information, and health insurance policy information. At least 47 Maine residents were affected, though the total number of affected individuals remains unclear based on publicly available information.
