The City of Puyallup, WA notified 2,620 individuals of a data breach in November 2025. This incident resulted from a ransomware attack on the CodeRED system, which is operated by the third-party vendor OnSolve/Crisis24. The breach occurred on the vendor’s systems, not within the City’s networks.
